Calzone - We are happy to customize your calzone with a variety of meats, vegetables and cheeses. $55.00/ calzone (approximately 16 slices) 

Finger Sandwiches - $28.00/dozen – A combination of roasted turkey, baked ham, tuna salad, curried chicken salad and portabella/fresh mozzarella/roasted red pepper on a variety of artisan rolls

Quiche – We are happy to customize your quiche with a variety of meats, vegetables and cheeses.  Meats include ham, turkey, chicken, bacon, turkey and chourico.  Vegetables include broccoli, spinach, roma tomato, roasted red pepper, caramelized onion, artichoke, zucchini and summer squash.  Cheeses include cheddar, pepper jack, Manchego, Gruyere, provolone and goat cheese.  Each 10” quiche serves 6 guests.  $18.00/each  

French Toast Casserole – A casserole style version of the traditional breakfast favorite, baked to perfection.  $40.00/casserole (feeds 8-10) 

Farmer’s Casserole – A casserole style scramble including sausage, bacon, seasoned breakfast potatoes, eggs and cheddar. $45.00/casserole (feeds 8 – 10)

Ham and Cheddar Croissants - $4.00/each - 1 Dozen Minimum 

Spinach & Feta Pies - $4.00/each - 1 Dozen Minimum

Assorted Finger Sandwiches - $28.00/dozen  - 2 Dozen Minimum

Margaritaville Menu - Caribbean Marinated Shrimp, BBQ Pulled Pork, Jerk Spiced Chicken, Cheeseburger Sliders, Pineapple Coconut Rice, Garden Salad ($17.00 - $26.00 per guest, dependent upon selections from this package)

 

Meal Station – A custom designed meal or mini-meal station including portions of two to three protein options, selected vegetables and your choice of starch

Grilled Cheese Bar – A chef - manned station including your choice from our restaurant menu, grilled on site ($9.00 - $15.00 per Guest, dependent upon selections from this package)

 

Slider Bar – Your choice of slider assortment (all beef patties, veggie burgers, barbeque or buffalo chicken, seared tuna or lobster salad) accompanied by slider rolls and condiments as well as selected sides (choices include baked beans, coleslaw, garden salad, caesar salad, Newport salad, pasta & vegetable salad, potato salad, corn on the cob) ($12.00 - $26.00 per guest, dependent upon selections from this package)

“Ice Box” – Any cold sandwich (tuna salad, curried chicken salad, egg salad, roasted turkey & cheese, ham & cheese, roast beef & cheese, Hail Caesar wrap (plain or with chicken), or Portabella Wrap, potato chips or pasta salad, fruit salad, a beverage and a cookie / $14.00
