Breakfast/Brunch
Quiche – We are happy to customize your quiche with a variety of meats, vegetables and cheeses.  Meats include ham, turkey, chicken, bacon, turkey and chourico.  Vegetables include broccoli, spinach, roma tomato, roasted red pepper, caramelized onion, artichoke, zucchini and summer squash.  Cheeses include cheddar, pepper jack, Manchego, Gruyere, provolone and goat cheese.  Each 10” quiche serves 6 guests.  $18.00/each 
French Toast Casserole – A casserole style version of the traditional breakfast favorite, baked to perfection. $40.00/casserole (feeds 8-10) $80.00 / casserole (feeds 16 - 20)
Farmer’s Casserole – A casserole style scramble including sausage, bacon, seasoned breakfast potatoes, eggs and cheddar. $45.00/casserole (feeds 8 – 10) $90.00 (casserole feeds 16 - 20)
